Roy Crawford

Born December 25, 1922 in Jefferson, Arkansas, Roy Samuel Crawford was the son of the late Samuel Lewis and Mattie Williams Crawford. He and his late wife were married on April 6, 1940, in Indianola, Oklahoma. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great great grandfather. Mr, Roy loved spending time outdoors. There was always grass to be mowed, pine straw to be picked up and garden to grow.

Survivors include, son, Roy Crawford Jr. of Whitney, Texas; daughters, Betty Eldredge of Timpson, TX and Louise Koiner and husband Richard of Clarksville, Texas; 7 grandchildren; Cindy Rhodes and husband Bobby, Sandy Jones and husband Carroll, Lisa Thompson and husband Charles, Stephanie Harris and husband Chris, Jeffery Crawford, Mike Koiner, and Nancy Lawson and husband Roland; 11 great grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Roy Crawford was preceded in death by his loving wife of 72 years, Audrey Crawford; and son-in-law, Bro. Sammy Eldredge.
