Patricia Ann (Gay) Haltom

Funeral services for Patricia Ann Haltom, 74, of Keithville, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Taylor Funeral Home with interment to follow at Caledonia Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.

Mrs. Haltom passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025, in Keithville, LA. She was born on October 22, 1950, in Oxnard, CA.

Patricia Ann Haltom (Gay) was born on October 22, 1950, in Oxnard, California, and passed away on July 24, 2025, in her home peacefully in Keithville, Louisiana. She was born to Margaret and Harold Gay. She was the second oldest of six kids. She preferred to be called Patsy! Patsy always had a motherly instinct. At a young age, she helped Grandma Gay around the house while her dad spent most of his time trucking on the road before settling down in Keithville, Louisiana. She married at 17 and had three beautiful baby boys. She remarried in 2004 to the love of her life, Douglas Haltom, and moved to Tenaha, Texas, where they shared 14 wonderful years together until he suddenly passed away in 2018. She was always a hardworking woman with extreme OCD, so everything was perfect! She loved cooking (who puts sugar in spaghetti, though?). We never turned down the food, never, her home was always welcoming and smelled just like her, amazing. her grandchildren know her as “nanny”. She was always a call away. States away or miles apart, even though she is gone, she will forever be in our hearts.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband (Douglas), 3 sisters (Renee, Becky, and Glenda), neice (Sherrie) 2 nephews (Michael Huff Jr, Tommy Gay Jr).

Survived by her children: David Harold Harris, Michael James Harris, (wife Tammy Harris), Kevin Dewayne Harris, Brittany Leeann Harris, and Brandon Lee Harris (wife Danielle).

Surviving grandchildren 10: Jeff (husband Tyler), Coty, Austin, Amber, Katherine (husband Taylor), Lisa, Chelsea (husband Elija), Ashleigh, Josh (wife Casey)

Surviving great grandchildren 20: Cannon(favorite) Kammie, Conner, Maliyah, Kai, Jamie Morganna, Olivia, Jakson, Christian, Grayson, Eliana, Addisynn, Rayleigh, Caden, Huxton, Mia, Walker, Wrenleigh, and Riley Reese
