Lucille Davis

Born April 12, 1931, in Timpson, TX, Lucille Hailey Davis was the daughter of the late James and I. O. (Crawford) Hailey. She and John L. Davis were married February 18, 1950, in Timpson. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Each summer she enjoyed attending the Mt. Olive Cemetery Homecoming. The true joy in her life were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include daughter Linda Solice and husband Jerry of Timpson; sons James Davis of Houston and Jeffrey Davis and wife Bamba of Hazen, AR; grandchildren John Solice and wife Katrina of Timpson, Wanda Arvello and husband Danny of Timpson, Jodi Robinson of Shepherd, TX., Josh Davis of Shepherd, TX., and Ashley Elliott and husband Daniel of Magnolia, AR; great grandchildren Haleigh and Jaren Solice, Nicholas, Natalie and Noah Arvello, Johnny and Addison Robinson, Kaylin Davis and Madison Elliott; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Lucille Davis was preceded in death by husband John L. Davis, parents James and I.O. Hailey, grandsons Jason Solice and Cory Davis and 8 siblings.
