CULLEN CHADWICK Obituary
Walter Cullen Chadwick, 30, of Horseshoe Beach, Florida passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in Horseshoe Beach. He was born on April 24, 1984 in Bryan, Texas, the son of Walter Jonathan Chadwick and Susan Jo Callaway. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM at Taylor Funeral Home on Monday, April 20, 2015. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 11:00 AM at County Line Cemetery. Brother Josh Walters will officiate.
Cullen is survived by his parents, Jonathan Chadwick and Jo Brown; brother Nicholas Chadwick and maternal grandparents, Joe and Ann Callaway of College Station.
Cullen was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter C. and Nadine Chadwick.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454 Alexandria, VA 22312.
