Graveside service for Alton Rex Beckworth, 69, of Little Rock, AR, will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday,
August 22, 2012, at Tennessee Cemetery, Timpson, TX, with Dr. Josh Walters officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM, Wednesday, at Taylor Funeral Home, Timpson.
Mr. Beckworth passed away August 18, 2012, in Little Rock, AR.
Born September 4, 1942, in Panola County, Texas, Alton Rex Beckworth was the son of the late Marcus Willis and Lula Mae (Plemons) Beckworth. He worked most of his life as a machinist in the oil field industry.
Survivors include his wife Jannett Estes Beckworth of Little Rock; son Danny Lee Beckworth; daughters: Wanda Beckworth, Tina Marie Johnson, and Angela Renee' Salters; stepdaughter Teresa Annette Patzold;
brother Eldon Keith Beckworth; 14 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
